Welcome to Luminae Cloud ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Use of Services
Luminae Cloud provides client gallery and studio management software for photographers. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the distribution of copyrighted material without permission.
2. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the photographs, videos, and other content ("User Content") you upload to Luminae Cloud. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and your clients.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of Luminae Cloud require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminae Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
